Happy June 1st friends!!! It is officially summer break here in Arizona and most schools are out by now. How about the school where your kids attend? Either way, I have been wanting to share these fun and easy ideas for a graduation. I was suppose to appear on TV to share these ideas a couple of weeks ago, but I got super sick with the stomach flu. I hope some of you out there can still take advantage of these ideas and host a fabulous party for your graduate!

graduation party supplies

These plates from Party City were my inspiration for this theme and colors.

graduation 2015

I decided to use a gray plastic tablecloth and made a table runner with scrapbook paper. It took about 6 pieces of paper for a 6ft rectangular table. I pulled out all my black dishes and platters.

DIY party backdrop

The backdrop consisted of these decorations that came in a pack from Party City. All for $9.99 and the tinsel decor for $1.49!

This “CONGRATS” banner was included in the same pack but I cut the hats out of it and taped the letters in front of the table. Turned out great!

graduation cakes

Instead of buying a cake, I bought a family pack of oreo cookies and make a tower cake. I topped with smiley face icing decorations from Party City.

graduation cupcakes

I bought mini oreo cookie cupcakes at Walmart and put free Class of 2015 printables from Lil’ Sprout Greetings. The black sticks are straws 😉

I bought Pepperidge Farm rolled wafers to make them look like diplomas and found the black graduation hat tray at Party City.

The candy consisted of traditional silver and gold hershey kisses and wrapped mints from Party City.

graduation 3

I put the candy and chocolate in black plastic trays from Party City. I glued a free printable from Printabelle.

graduation drinks

I served non-alcoholic cider in plastic flutes from Party City. I attached a free “CONGRATS” flag from Printabelle.

I wrapped free printables from Printabelle around rootbeer bottles as well.

I used the free candy wrapper printable from Printabelle for these tic-tacs. I think they are great for favors!
